Joseph Gellene established our company in 2021 to address both short-term and long-term rental units for Vermonters and to assist the people in new jersey to find long term and/or seasonal rental opportunities.

Our company offers long-term affordable rental opportunities in Vermont. In addition, we offer short term rentals for those looking to enjoy seasonal activities both summer and winter in Vermont.

Short Term Killington Rental

Adjacent to the Green Mountain National Golf Course our premier Killington short-term vacation rental is a approximately 3000 sq. ft with 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. The property boasts 5 woodburning fire places! Additionally, the property offers an outdoor hot tub, an indoor sauna, as well as a heated detached 3 car garage.

The property is approximately a 5-minute drive from the Killington Ski resort and only a 10-minute drive to Pico. If skiing variety is your thing, Okemo is approximately 35 minutes and both Stratton and Sugarbush are both under an hour.
